• Quote requests and contact messages: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, and the project details you choose to share (date, location, budget, description).
• Testimonials: your name, company, email address, star rating and the review you write. After we approve it, we publish your name, company, rating and review on our website and may share it on social media. Your email address is never shown.
• Client information: details needed to prepare proposals, contracts and invoices, such as billing name and address.
• Messages by WhatsApp, email or social media: the content of what you send us.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data: when you visit the site, our hosting provider may log your IP address, browser type, device and pages visited, for security and performance.
• Cookies: small files used to keep the site working properly and fast (for example, caching). If we add analytics or social media tools in the future, they may also set cookies; we will update this policy when that happens.

Images, video and audio from our productions

When we film, photograph, record or livestream an event, people present may appear in the footage. We work with our clients, who organize the event, to make sure attendees are informed that recording is taking place. If you appear in our content and would like it reviewed or removed from our own channels or portfolio, please contact us.

• Service providers such as our web host (Hostinger), email and cloud storage providers, and livestreaming platforms (for example YouTube, Facebook or Zoom) when a client asks us to stream to them.
• Our clients, who receive the content we produce for them.

Some of these providers may store data outside Curaçao. We choose reputable providers that protect your information.

5. How Long We Keep It

We keep quote requests and messages for as long as needed to respond and follow up, client and invoice records for as long as the law requires, and production files according to our agreement with each client. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or store it securely.

6. Your Rights

You may ask us to:

• See the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct information that is wrong or incomplete.
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it.
• Stop using your information for marketing.
• Remove you from content shown on our own website, portfolio or social media.
